Booking terms

1 Securing your place

A deposit of £500 per person secures your place on a cohort. Your place is not confirmed until we have received your deposit. Places are limited to eight women per cohort and are offered first come, first served.

Your £500 deposit is non-refundable. Please make sure you are happy to commit before you pay it.

2 Moving to another cohort

If you find you cannot attend the cohort you booked, your £500 deposit can be moved to a later cohort, subject to availability. We will always do our best to fit you in on a date that works.

3 Prices and paying the balance

The first ever cohort is offered at a founding price of £3,495 per person. Every cohort after that is £4,995 per person. Both prices are all inclusive as described on our Golf School page.

Your remaining balance is due no later than eight weeks before your school begins. If you book within eight weeks of the start date, the full balance is due at the time of booking.

4 What is included

Everything listed on the Golf School page: your accommodation, all coaching, green fees and practice, your profiling and personalised workbook, your welcome pack, and the ninety-day follow-on programme.

Flights and airport transfers to and from the resort are not included unless we tell you otherwise.

5 If you need to cancel

Your £500 deposit is non-refundable in all cases, though it can be moved to another cohort as set out in point 2.

If you cancel after paying your balance, we will let you know what can be refunded based on how much notice you give us and what we are able to recover from the resort. We will always try to be fair.

6 If we need to cancel

If we ever have to cancel your cohort, you can either move to another date or receive a full refund of everything you have paid, including your deposit.

7 Travel insurance

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers flights, health, cancellation and your personal belongings. Ladies Love Golf cannot be responsible for losses of this kind.

8 The ninety-day programme

Your place includes the ninety-day follow-on programme. Taking part is up to you. We will support you the whole way, but as with any coaching we cannot guarantee a specific drop in your handicap.

9 Your data

To coach you properly we collect information about your game and how you play, including your profiling answers and your Shot Scope data. We handle it in line with our privacy policy, and we only use it to help you improve and to make the school better.

10 Health and fitness

Please make sure you are fit and well enough to take part in three days of golf and coaching. Let us know in advance of anything we should be aware of so we can look after you properly.
