The first European golf school for women

A tour level golf school, built around you.

Three days at a five-star European resort for women who are serious about their golf and fed up of being stuck on the same handicap. Small groups of eight, coaching built around how you actually think, learn and play.

The aim is simple. Three to five shots off your handicap.

For women playing off roughly 12 to 26 who feel their game has stalled.

What this actually is

Most golf tuition gives everyone the same tips and hopes something sticks. This is the opposite of that.

You have probably had a lesson or two. Maybe a lot of them. And you have probably left the range playing beautifully, only to fall apart the moment it counts on the course. That is not a you problem. It is a tuition problem.

We do it the other way round. Before you arrive, we build a detailed picture of your game and how your head works under pressure. Then we spend three days fixing the things that are genuinely costing you shots, not the things that look wrong on video. Then we keep you honest for ninety days, because that is where the improvement actually sticks.

The tour player treatment

Tour players don't spend their time fixing their swing. They fix their head.

Watch any professional and you would assume they live on the range grooving their swing. They don't. The best players in the world spend their time on the things you never see: how their own head gets in the way, how to think their way round a golf course, and how to hold their nerve when it actually counts. That is where the shots are hiding.

You have almost certainly never been given that. Most women's golf tuition is a group lesson on the range and a wave goodbye. This is the opposite. Three days working one to one with a coach, never lost in a group, on your mind, your decisions and how you manage a course. The exact work a tour player does, pointed straight at your handicap.

Your handicap doesn't come down on the range. It comes down between your ears.

One to one coaching, reviewing your game with your coach
What we actually work on, one to one
  • Self-sabotage and first tee nerves
  • The inner critic, and how to quiet it
  • Letting go of a bad shot before it costs you three more
  • Smarter decisions, hole by hole
  • Course management built around your game, not the scorecard's
  • Holding your nerve when it actually counts
Is this for you?

We would rather be honest than sell you the wrong thing.

This is for you if

  • You play off roughly 12 to 26 and you know your game better than any beginner.
  • You have plateaued. The lessons stopped moving the needle a while ago.
  • You fancy really studying your game. Proper classroom sessions and a workbook, not just bashing balls on a range.
  • You want proper attention, not a big group where you barely see the coach.
  • You will put the work in for ninety days afterwards, not just enjoy three nice days away.

This probably isn't for you if

  • You are brand new to golf and still finding your feet. We have other things that suit you far better.
  • A classroom is not your happy place. A big part of this is sitting down and properly learning your game, workbook and all. If that sounds like homework rather than a treat, this is not the one.
  • You are happy pottering round at the weekend and not fussed about your handicap. A lovely way to play golf, just not what this is.
See it for yourself

A couple of minutes on how the school actually works.

Before you arrive

We get to know your game before you hit a ball.

Everyone answers a thirty question profiler before the school. It is the only golfer profiling system built specifically for women, and two years of work went into it. It maps you to one of forty nine player profiles: how you think, where you sabotage yourself, what brings out your best golf and what brings out your worst.

An example personalised golfer profile
Your golfer profile

You get a profile like this, and it is uncannily you.

Your scores across every trait, the profile you land on, exactly what is quietly holding you back, and precisely what to work on. Not vague personality fluff. A clear read on why your handicap has not moved.

So when you walk in on day one, your coach already knows how to coach you. From here we print your personalised workbook, built around your profile and ready to go.

Classroom and coaching
Mornings

Classroom, and real thinking time

Three mornings going deep on your profile and the psychology behind how you play. Course management, scoring strategy, and the mental side that decides your card. The part almost nobody teaches, and the part that changes your golf.

One to one coaching
After lunch

One to one with your coach

Proper one to one time with your PGA pro, working only on your personal improvement areas. Not a drill the whole group does together. The specific things costing you shots, and how to fix them.

Nine holes of observation golf
Evenings

Nine holes, tracked and watched

Then nine holes of observation golf, every shot tracked on your Shot Scope watch. We see exactly what happens when it counts, and coach it there and then, on the course, in the moment you are about to make the mistake.

The ninety days after

It doesn't end when you fly home.

Three good days will not change your golf on their own. Ninety days will. So you carry straight on into a structured follow-on programme.

A minimum of twelve rounds logged to your handicap, regular check-ins, and a cohort of seven other women keeping you honest, because nobody wants to be the one who did not do the work.

The target is a genuine three to five shots off your handicap. More, for the ones who really commit.

Meet Birdie

Your own AI coach, in your pocket.

Birdie is our own AI coach, built exclusively for this school, and nobody else is bringing this kind of innovation to the women's game. It stays with you for the whole ninety days, remembering everything you were told out on the course and everything in your commitment, and nudging you to actually do it. Ask it what to work on, what your coach said about your putting, or what is next on your plan, at any time of day.

And Birdie is yours alone. It knows your game, your profile and your goals, and nobody else's. Personalised, private, in your corner.

BirdieMorning Sarah. That was round four of twelve, nice work. Your tee shots are already tightening up. Fancy getting nine in this week?
What should I focus on?
BirdieRemember what John said on the 7th: pick your target, commit, then trust it. Same feeling on the range first.
Your welcome pack

It's a proper haul, and it's all yours to keep.

This is not a tote bag with a leaflet in it. Waiting for you on day one: a TaylorMade rucksack, a shoe bag, a scorecard holder, golf balls, a towel, and training aids chosen for your game. And the star of the show, a Shot Scope GPS watch. We stopped adding up what it is worth. It is a lot.

Shot Scope GPS watch TaylorMade rucksack Shoe bag Scorecard holder Golf balls Towel Training aids

The watch is the one that keeps giving. It tracks every shot you hit, on the school and long after, which is what lets us coach on evidence instead of opinion. Using Strokes Gained, the same measure the Tours use, we show you exactly where your shots are going and prove where they came back. Shot Scope came to us for a reason: reliable data on how women actually play barely exists, and every cohort helps build the first proper picture of it.
